软件开发过程中质量控制的问题及方法

分析软件开发过程中,管理层方面和技术层方面存在的质量控制问题。认为软件开发过程中存在软件工程标准化重视不够、软件企业对软件产品评测意识不强、需求内容项目估算过少、项目组织过小、开发计划不充分、设计能力不足、项目经理的管理能力不足、项目测试与项目开发人员为同一班人马等问题。提出通过采用软件工程方法、ISO 9000-3标准和CMM认证等办法来提高软件产品的质量。

The Problems and Methods of Quality Control in the Software Development Course

This paper analyzed the problems of quality control during the process of software development in the management level aspect and the technical level aspect,proposed several software product quality control methods enough attention to,such as paying not software engineering standardization those problems,the software product evaluation consciousness is not strong,the demand project estimate is too few,the project organizes are too small,the development planning is insufficient,the designed capacity is insufficiency,the project manager's management ability is insufficiency,the project test personnel are also the project development persons and so on,Finally,proposed by using software engineering method,ISO9000-3 standard and CMM authentication and so on to improve the software product's quality.
