我国信息产业发展技术轨道特性研究

我国信息产业中，计算机行业的技术轨道是追随世界发展趋势，模仿与自主创新同步，性能越来越高、速度越来越快、网络化与大众化、大型固定化与小型移动化、越来越人性化；通讯设备行业的技术轨道是追随世界发展趋势，前期引进模仿创新跟进，后期自主研究开发突破，性能越来越高、全球化与大众化、小型化与移动化、综合化与个性化，越来越人性化；电子元器件行业的技术轨道是以各种电容、电阻的主导设计为核心的技术范式及其典型的加工工艺、制造流程。我国信息产业不同行业的技术轨道，总体而言其渐进性主要遵循新技术→新技术体系→技术范式→技术轨道的演化过程，信息产业的技术轨道是随着半导体，材料科学，计算数学，工业设计和制造技术，管理技术等科学、技术和产品的发展而发展。我国信息产业技术轨道的主导性来源于国外，刚性很强，难以推动建立新的技术轨道。
