鸡腿菇富锌液体发酵条件的研究

摘    要:采用单因素试验和正交试验相结合的方法,对鸡腿菇的富锌液体发酵条件进行了研究。结果表明:鸡腿菇富锌液体发酵培养基最佳配方是玉米粉3%,葡萄糖3%,豆饼粉3%,硫酸铵1%、ZnSO440 mg·L-1、KH2PO40.1%、MgSO40.05%、VB1 10 mg·L-1,pH=6;在试验组合中,ZnSO4浓度40 mg·L-1,在250 mL三角瓶中装液量90 mL,培养周期6 d为最适宜的发酵条件。

Abstract:The liquid fermentation conditions of zinc-accumulated coprinus comatus were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results show that the composition of the suitable culture medium is as follows:corn starch 3%,glucose 3%,bean cake starch 3%, (NH4)2SO4 1%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4 0.05%,ZnSO4 40 mg·L -1 and VB1 10 mg·L -1,and pH=6. Among the experimental combinations, ZnSO4 concentration 40 mg·L-1, constrained in a 250 mL conical bottle with 90 mL liquid culture medium, and 6 days of cultural period are the optimum cultural conditions.
