| 摘 要： | 依据主体功能区进行空间治理，旨在优化国土空间开发、规范空间开发次序、促进区域协调发展，这是一项重大的理论创新。文章对国内外主体功能区划研究现状进行了梳理，建立了由资源环境承载能力、现有开发密度以及区域发展潜力系统构成的主体功能区划分指标体系，包括14个影响要素指标。以溧阳市的10个乡镇作为基本的划分单元，运用SPSS、主成分分析法进行了综合评价，在此基础上采用聚类分析法进行主体功能区划分，进而对四类功能区划分结果进行评述。

| Abstract: | The space management in accordance with the main functional zones is a significant theoretical innovation which aims at strengthening the space development of the national territory,standardizing the order of space development and promoting the coordinate development of regions.The article reviewed and discussed the related theories at home and abroad,and built the index system of the main functional zone division,based on the concepts of resources bearing capacity,current exploring density,and regional development potentiality.This system contained fourteen index factors.Ten towns of Liyang City were evaluated by SPSS and principal component analysis.After that,main functional zones were divided by cluster analysis.Finally,four types of functional zones were evaluated on a comprehensive level. |
