摘    要:简要阐述了小样缩比制动试验在材料研发中的应用现状,比较了不同小样试验机的工作原理和优缺点,并采用MM-1000摩擦磨损试验机对矿用自卸车的刹车片进行制动性能测试,检测项目完全符合GB5763-2008的标准要求.研究结果表明:MM-1000系列试验机的模拟制动试验原理具有科学性和合理性,可用于飞机、汽车、火车及工程机械等行业摩擦副材料的配方、工艺研究,摩擦磨损规律和机理探索及产品的质量控制和性能评定.采用计算机技术实现试验程序完全自动控制和数据处理,使MM-1000Ⅱ试验机更具先进性和实用性,具有推广价值.

Application of MM-1000 Friction and Wear Tester in Research and Development of Vehicle Brake Materials

Abstract:In this paper, application status in materials research and development of reduced scaled sample brake test was illustrated. Principles and advantages and disadvantages of different small sample test- er were compared. Wear properties of braking plate of mining dump truck was tested With MM-1000 friction and wear tester, and the test results completely met the requirements of GB5763--2008. The study results show that MM-1000 series is scientific and reasonable in imitating brake test principle. This tester can ap- plies to study of formula and technology, wear law and mechanism, quality control and property evaluation of product of airplane, car, train, vehicle and mechanical engineering. Using computer technology automatic control of test program and data processing are realized, which makes MM-1000II having advanced, practical and application value.
