摘    要:利用月桂酸对金红石型微/纳米Ti O2进行了有机表面改性.粒子采用了红外光谱(IR)、热分析(TG-DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对表面改性前后的微/纳米Ti O2结构进行了表征.红外光谱、热分析表明月桂酸是以化学键合的方式结合在微/纳米Ti O2表面形成了包覆层.在四球摩擦磨损试验机上考察了产品作为添加剂在石蜡基础油中的抗磨减磨性能.试验结果表明,修饰后的微/纳米粒子具有优良的抗磨、减摩能力,同时分析了减摩机理.

Abstract:The Rutile Ti O2 micro nanoparticles were modified by Lauric acid in this paper. The structures of micro- nano Ti O2 were characterized using Infrared spectroscopy( IR),Thermal analysis( TG- DTA),Scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results show that lauric acid is chemically bonded in micro- nano Ti O2 surface and forms a coating layer. The antiwear and anti- friction property of the product as an additive in paraffin base oil was investigated by a four- ball machine. The results illustrate that the modified nano- particulars have excellent anti- wear,anti- friction performance,and finally the friction mechanism is also analyzed.
