汽车随机振动系统平顺性线性时域模拟

摘    要:建立了汽车整车振动系统的八个自由度线性模型,在四轮相关随机路面激励的条件下,采用数值计算方法对整车振动进行了时域模拟和傅立叶谱分析,并通过试验验证了模拟方法准确性。此模拟方法可实现平顺性的分析、预测和参数成化,可作为汽车平顺性设计的辅助工具。

Abstract:A linear model with 8 DOFs of automobile vibration system is built in this paper.Using the multi-step linearization algorthm,the system vibration simulation as well as Fourier Spectral Analysis is carried out under the random road excitation with the correlation of four wheels.The comparison with the experiment data indicates that the simulation method proposed is accurate. enough The above process can used as an accessorial tool to actualize analysis,prediction and parameter optimization of the ride performance in automobile desing.
