| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法 ,对辽宁省高校体育教师工作积极性情况进行研究。研究结果表明 :激励高校体育教师工作积极性的因素大多与工作本身有关 ,阻碍高校体育教师工作积极性的因素大多与工作环境有关。

| Abstract: | Studying PE teachers' enthusiasm for work in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province by adopting documentary materials,questionnaire and data statistics.The results show that the factors that encourage the enthusiasm for work of PE teachers in colleges and universities are related to the work itself,while the factors that impede the enthusiasm are related to the work circumstances. |
