| 摘 要： | 以全国高校2002年-2009年各省市R&D人员全时当量、R&D经费实际支出和高校科技转让当年实际收入为依据,采用Malmquist指数方法,分析了全国高校科技投入产出效率的动态变动.结果发现:我国高校科研效率的提高更多的是由技术变动引起的,而效率变动并不显著,尤其是在2006年之后这种趋势就更为明显,从地区上看,中西部地区技术效率的贡献更大.实证分析的结果为我国高校科研制度进一步的深入改革提供了科学的参考.

| Abstract: | Using the Malmquist index method which is based on the DEA Model,an analysis is the dynamic changes of China’s TFP of input-output efficiencies for science and technology of universities during 2002-2009.The results show that the improvement of efficiency is caused by technological changes,and the efficiency changes are not significant.From a regional point of view,the efficiency changes are more significant in central and western regions.Empirical results will provide scientific advice to in-depth reform of research system in China’s universities. |
