钢表面2-巯基苯并噻唑衍生物自组装膜的缓蚀性能研究

摘    要:运用自组装技术在钢片表面制备了2-巯基苯并噻唑衍生物的分子膜,并用倒置金相显微镜观察了其自组装分子膜的膜形貌;采用电化学测试技术研究了自组装膜在1mol/L HCl中对钢片的缓蚀性能。结果表明,这种2-巯基苯并噻唑衍生物缓蚀剂自组装膜对钢片有良好的缓蚀能力。

Abstract:Molecular monolayer for 2-mercaptobenzothiazole derivatives on the steel surface is prepared by using self-assembly technique,and its morphology is observed with an inverted metallographic microscope.Its corrosion inhibition to steel in 1mol/L HCl is researched by using electrochemical testing technology.The results show that the corrosion inhibitor’s self-assembled monolayer of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole derivatives possesses a very good corrosion inhibition to steel.
