| 摘 要： | 在剖析中小城镇环境问题、生态结构、生态功能区的基础上提出中小城镇规划指标体系和经济环境平衡K值的建立与应用,提出了规划指标指数评价法、规划指标综合评价法并重点论述了K值法的建立与应用,同时论述了K值法运用的重大意义及在规划中解决经济环境平衡的技术方法。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the environmental problems,ecological structure and ecological function, the building and application of planned index system and economic environment value K are proposed for small-and medium-sized towns,and index evaluation method and comprehensive evaluation method are put forward.Meanwhile,emphais is put on the discussion of the building and application of value K,and its significance in balancing economic environment. |
