| 摘 要： | 根据高校学报编辑稿件管理的需要，设计此编辑的办公室管理系统。运用软件工程的思想进行系统的分析与设计，使用Visual Basic 6．0和Access数据库编程实现。系统具有稿件导入、稿件编辑、稿件查询、论定稿、论查询、编辑法规管理、系统维护等功能。通过本系统的应用实现编辑管理信息化。

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of University journal, we design the management system for Editor Office. The analysis and design of the system make use of a method of software engineering, implement the system using Visual Basic 6.0 and Access database. The functions of the system include documents import, document edition, document search, paper verifing, paper search, management of editor legislation, system maintaining, etc. Through the application of the system implement the informatization of editor management. |
