| 摘 要： | 在背景调研、生态环境评价及生态功能区划研究的基础上，应用生态发生学、生态结构学理论与方法系统剖析了各类生态功能区、自然保护区、特殊生态环境保护区的结构与服务功能；在深入理解生态安全内涵的条件下研究了指标体系框架，并以锦州市华北山地林业生态功能区为例探析了生态环境质量评价指标体系。同时研究了指标体系在生态环境评价及生态安全评估中的应用。

| Abstract: | By applying the theores and methods in eco-genesis science and eco-structure science,the structure and function of various ecological function areas,natural reservation area special eco-environment protection are analyzed in detail on the basis of background investigation research,eco-environment evaluation,and the division of eco-environment function area.By taking Jinzhou City North China's Forestry Function Area,the indicator system framework and its application in eco-environment evaluation and eco-safety assessment are studied before a through understanding of the implication of eco-safety. |
