葡萄糖手性固定相的合成及对手性药物对映体的拆分

摘    要:合成了葡萄糖的键合手性硅胶固定相,通过对葡萄糖手性固定相做热重分析得出了键合成功的结论,并对其高效液相色谱性能进行了考察,结果表明:所拆分的20种手性药物,有13种手性药物能得到基线分离,最好的分离度Rs=7.56,拆分效果良好。

Abstract:D-glucose bonded silica stationary phase was prepared. The Conclusion of bonded success is maded by the thermal analysis. The chromat - omatographic Performance of D-glucose bonded silica stationary phase was studied . Thirteen of the twenty chiral drugs could be baseline separated , and the best value of resolution factors (Rs) was 7.56, the results show that the chiral column possess - es a good separation ability to chiral compound.
