| 摘 要： | 在厌氧发酵过程中,选用不同的菌种产生不同的气体。不同组份不同含量的气体需选用不同的条件进行分析。通过实践,作者用HP4890D气相色谱仪和常用固定相摸索出包括O2、N2、CO2、H2和CH4的测试条件,取得了良好的效果。
