摘    要:提出了一种新的过氧化氢电化学传感器的制备方法.通过Hummer法氧化天然石墨粉制得氧化石墨,在蒸馏水中利用超声分散将氧化石墨剥片,从而合成了氧化石墨烯(GO).将氧化石墨烯修饰到电极上后通过电沉积法在氧化石墨烯上沉积Pt纳米颗粒制得复合材料.利用其对过氧化氢的直接催化还原作用,研制了无酶过氧化氢传感器,实现对过氧化氢的灵敏测定,其响应电流与过氧化氢的浓度在4.00×10-5 mol/L~6.11×10-3 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,研究了各种实验条件对过氧化氢传感器性能的影响.该传感器制作简单,使用寿命长.

Abstract:This thesis proposed a novel method for preparing nonenzymatic hydrogen peroxide sensor.Graphite oxide was synthesized according to Hummers method.Then,graphite oxide was stripped by ultrasonic wave to obtain graphene oxide.Pt nanoparticles were electrodeposited on the surface of graphene oxide-modified electrode.An electrochemical hydrogen peroxide sensor was prepared based on its direct catalysis to the reduction of H2O2.Experiment conditions such as pH and applied potential have been optimized.The result...
