摘    要:文章首次采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对兖州卷柏的叶、茎和根进行了对比研究,比较了它们红外光谱的异同。结果表明:兖州卷柏的叶、茎和根由于所含的化学成分不同和相对含量的差异,其红外光谱的吸收的位置和强度均有不同,它们具有各自的特征谱,为药用蕨类植物鉴定提供了科学依据。

Abstract:This paper was studied with FT - IR for the first time, and the differences in IR spectra of samples from leaf stem and root of SelaginelIa involvens were discussed. The results indicated that the position and intensity of the absorbance peak of FT - IR varied because there were differences between the chemical Component and the Content of the different parts of the plant. Which was meaningful for identifying the medicine herb of fern by its own characteristic spectrum.
