| 摘 要： | 文章在介绍我们设计的以知识点为核心的学习对象的基础上,依据我国现代远程教育的学习对象元数据标准,描述了学习对象元数据库和学习对象库的结构设计,阐明了学习资源库管理系统的基本功能。
