云南正常人群基因组健康初探

摘    要:人类基因组稳定性与人类健康具有密切的联系,基因组健康水平降低,可导致神经系统、循环系统、免疫系统等多类退行性病变危险度升高。本研究采用胞质分裂阻滞微核分析(CBMN),评价了云南正常人群淋巴细胞的基因组健康水平。研究发现,人类淋巴细胞自发微核频率随年龄增加而升高(r=0.468,p〈0.001),且女性平均微核率显著高于男性(r=2.438,p〈0.05)。云南籍不同年龄和性别的正常人群基因组健康的基础数据结构,为基于基因组健康的个性化营养干预提供了科学依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVES:Stability of the human genome and human health is closely linked,reduced level of the genome health is probably the most important fundamental cause of some degenerative diseases of nervous system,circulatory system and immune system.METHODS:Cytokinesis-block micronucleus assay(CBMN) was used to evaluate the spontaneous frequency of micronucleus and the status of genome health in human peripheral blood lymphocytes.RESULTS:The study found that the spontaneous frequencies of micronucleus were increased with age(r=0.468,p<0.001),and higher in females than in males(r=2.438,p<0.05P<0.05).We analyzed the structure of the underlying data of genome health in healthy population of Yunnan with different age and gender groups.The results provides a basic scientific information for nutrition intervention of genome-based personalized health.
