| 摘 要： | 高校学报编辑是一个特殊的群体，是办好高校学报，提升学术品位的关键。要解决高校学报编辑素质提高的问题，必须从根本上界定和规范“高校学报编辑”这一概念或职业的内涵与外延。高校学报编辑的内涵是学者型编辑，外延是文化型编辑、学习型编辑和职业型编辑。
