设施栽培香石竹根际土壤酶活与土传病害相关性研究

摘    要:文章对设施栽培香石竹根际土壤的酶活性进行检测,通过统计分析,结果表明,酶活性在正常与发病植株之间存在显著差异,最后由判别分析得出,脱氢酶和磷酸酶的影响因子最大,可以作为设施栽培土传病害预测预报的一个重要指征。

Abstract:This paper reported the relevance study between soil enzyme activity and soil -borne diseases in rhizosphere soil of Dianthus caryophyllus L. (Carnation) under Cultivation. Through statistical analysis, the result showed that there are significant differences between soil enzyme activity and soil - borne diseases, especially their correlation. As a result, Dehydrogenase and phosphatase are the most important impact factors, so they can be an important indication of forecast.
