| 摘 要： | 用白魔芋的5种营养器官作外植体在11种培养基上进行组织培养，M6培养基适于侧芽生长和皮下组织诱导愈伤，M9培养基适于主芽生长和基部组织诱导愈伤，M2培养基适于皮上式苞组织分化生长，且皮上芽苞组织为最好的接种材料。

| Abstract: | 5 explants excised from Amorhophallus albus inoculated in 11 Kinds of medium for tissue Culture. M6 medium was suitable for growth of side—bud and callus Induction of subcutaneous tissue. M9 medium was suitalbe for growth of main－bud and callus Induction of basilar－tissue of main－bud. M2 medium was snitable for budlet differentiation. Budlet was good Incubation material. |
