| 摘 要： | 根据2009年严峻的就业形势和历年高校毕业生就业情况,基于全国高校毕业生就业状况大规模抽样调查数据。建立综合、科学而全面的高校毕业生就业竞争力评价体系。采用数理统计中的回归分析,分析影响高校毕业生就业竞争力的种种因素,以便学生、高校、社会更好的提高毕业生的就业竞争力,以便解决当前严峻的就业形势。

| Abstract: | According to severe employment situation and employment of college graduates of 2009, a comprehensive, scientific college graduates evaluation system of employment based on the Large - scale nationwide investigation data of employment. Through the regression analysis of mathematical statistics, analysising factors of impaction of college graduates employability and competitiveness, to improve the employability and competitiveness of students, universities, graduates of the community and solve the current severe employment situation. |
