摘    要:用时域有限差分(FDTD)法实例计算L形波导的截止波数,并与相关文献报道的结果进行了比较,计算结果表明:FDTD法具有较高的计算精度,可以很方便地用于波导传输特性分析。用FDTD法计算分析了几何形状对L形波导的主模带宽的影响,结果表明,可以通过改变L形波导的几何尺寸来调整其单模带宽。

Abstract:The influence of the geometry size on the bandwidth of the dominant-mode in a L-shaped waveguide is analyzed by the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method.Numerical results demonstrate that the bandwidth of the dominant-mode can be regulated by changing the geometry size of the L-shaped waveguide.The wavenumbers(kc) of the L-shaped waveguide is given to validate the theory,and to demonstrate the efficiency of FDTD method.
