| 摘 要： | 太阳电池的串联电阻对其填充因子有显著的影响。填充因子与串联电阻的线性关系可以从I-V方程数值分析得到。由开路电压、短路电路和填充因子,可以估算串联电阻。

| Abstract: | Series resistance results in significant reduction in fill factor of solar cell.Linear behavior of fill factor and series resistance of solar cell has been deduced using numerical analysis of the I-V equation.Series resistance can be estimated from open circuit voltage,short circuit current and fill factor. |
