摘    要:木霉(Trichoderma spp.)是一类自然界广泛存在于土壤中的真菌类群,属于半知菌门(Deuteromycotina)丝孢目(Moniliales)木霉属(Trichoderma sp.)。海洋中的木霉属真菌因其高盐、高压和缺氧的特殊环境,能够产生更多结构新颖、生物活性独特的次生代谢产物。木霉属真菌的次生代谢产物主要包括聚酮、肽类、萜类以及其他类型,这些化合物具有细胞毒、抗菌、酶抑制等多种生物活性。本文综述近十年来海洋来源木霉属真菌中分离的新次生代谢产物,并对这些新化合物的生物活性进行归纳总结。

Abstract:Trichoderma spp.is a kind of fungi group that widely exists in soil in nature,belonging to species of Trichoderma, compendium of Moniliales,phylum of Deuteromycotina.Trichoderma sp.fungi in the ocean can produce more secondary metabolites with novel structure and unique biological activity because of their special environment of high salt,high pressure and hypoxia.The secondary metabolites of Trichoderma sp.mainly include polyketides,peptides,terpenoids and other types.These compounds have a variety of biological activities such as cytotoxicity,antibacterial and enzyme inhibition.This ariticle reviews the new secondary metabolites isolated from marine-derived Trichoderma sp.fungi in recent ten years,and summarizes the biological activities of these new compounds for future research.
