方格星虫苗种池塘中间培育过程水环境因子变化研究

摘    要:2011年7月18日至11月8日,从广西海洋研究所竹林海水增养殖试验基地的5口中间培育方格星虫苗种的池塘采集水样,监测和分析中培过程中水温、盐度、溶解氧、pH值、化学需氧量、生化需氧量、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮及溶解性磷酸盐等水环境因子。结果发现,5口池塘水环境因子的变化趋势基本一致,水温21.133-33.170℃、盐度23‰-31‰、溶解氧4.926-8.873mg/L、pH值7.910~9.487、化学需氧量1.067~3.999mg/L、生化需氧量1.6865.247mg/L、氨氮0.004-0.160mg/L、亚硝酸盐氮0.001~O.012mg/L、硝酸盐氮0.014-0.103mg/L、溶解性磷酸盐0.012-0.145mg/L,除了最大pH值超过渔业水质标准的规定外,其它环境因子基本符合规定。

Abstract:Several seawater environmental factors were monitored and analyzed in the intermediate culture of Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus seed in pond in Guangxi Institute of Oceanology from July 18th to November 8th in 2011.The variation range of seawater temperature,salinity,dissolved oxygen,pH value,chemical oxygen demand,biochemical dissolved oxygen,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite,nitrate and soluble phosphorus in five ponds were 21.133~33.170℃,23‰~31‰,4.926~8.873mg/L,7.910~9.487,1.067~3.999 mg/L,1.686~5.247 mg/L,0.004~0.160 mg/L,0.001~0.012 mg/L,0.014~0.103 mg/L,and 0.012~0.145 mg/L,respectively.Except of the max pH value that exceeded the up limitation of water quality standard for fisheries,the seawater environmental factors complied with basic standards,which should be monitored and controlled timely for the growth of Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus seed.
