摘    要:对掺磷钼杂多酸聚吡咯电极的聚合、伏安行为,及其对多巴胺的电催化效应进行了研究。该膜电极性能稳定,多巴胺浓度在5×10-5mol/L~10-2mol/L成线性关系,检测限为8.0×10-6mol/L,用于多巴胺针剂中多巴胺(DA)的含量测定获得满意的结果。

Abstract:A polypyrrole doped with phosphomolybdic film modified electrode was made by electrochemically deposition in acidic pyrrole solution containing phosphomolybdic acid.The electrocatalytic oxidation of dopamine on the electrode was found and was further examined.The oxidation peak potential shifts negatively about 120 mv.The modified electrode can be used for determination of dopamine in the concentration range of 5×10-5 -10-2 mol/L with detection limit 8.0×10-6 mol/L.This method has been successfully appilied to the analysis of dopamine in injection.
