| 摘 要： | 以硫酸法钛白生产过程的中间产品TiOSO4液为原料，采用萃取等方法将TiO2转为有机物溶胶，再将此溶胶蒸馏制成纳米TiO2粉体。以D2EHPA为萃取剂，最佳萃取工艺条件为：D2EHPA浓度25％，O／A＝1：5，萃取时间10min。最终产品纳米TiO2通过煅烧温度达到物相的晶形转变，其纳米TiO2膏体粒子粒径为20nm。

| Abstract: | The TiOSO 4 liquid,a semifinished product from the production of titanium white flour by sulfuric acid method, was used as material. The TiO 2 was changed into a kind of organic collosol by the extraction, and into nanometer titanium dioxide powder by the rectification. The D2EHPA was used as extractant. The favor conditions for the extraction industry are:25% D2EHPA,O/A=1 :5,and 10 min extraction.The changement of crystal form of the finished product nanometer TiO 2 is implemented by calcine.TiO 2 cream particles are about 20 nm in size |
