摘 要: | 通过分析染料敏化太阳电池活性层电荷分布和电极表面的电流分布,提出了一个大面积染料敏化太阳电池的数学模型,并实验验证了模型的可靠性.以大面积并联染料敏化太阳电池为例,模拟研究了不同结构参数下电池的输出性能,结果表明当电池的材料和制作工艺一定时,通过优化电池的结构参数能获得最大的光电转换效率.

Abstract: | A numerical model of upscaling dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) module was present by using the equivalent circuit and analyzing the current distribution on the surface of the module. The reliability of the model was confirmed by experiment. In view of upscaling parallel DSC module, the performance of the module under different geometry parameters had been calculated, and the optimum design is given. The results showed that for a module with certain material and fabrication, a set of optimum geometry parameters which make the module obtain maximum total area efficiency is existed. |
