摘    要:文章采用能作为电子供体的特征污染物苯酚化合物为阳极室的底物,厌氧微生物为阳极催化剂,钛基-二氧化铅电极为阴极来构建微生物燃料电池,利用阳极室处理苯酚废水,同时输出能量,探求利用微生物燃料电池处理苯酚废水的新模式,且为有毒有害物质的去除提供新方法;同时研究不同温度及苯酚质量浓度对微生物燃料电池处理苯酚废水的性能影响。研究表明,微生物燃料电池能够处理苯酚废水,在苯酚质量浓度为0.15 g/L,温度为35℃的实验条件下去除效率为99.63%。

Abstract:The microbial fuel ceU of this research uses phenol as the electronic provider in the anode room.anaerobic microorganisms as the anode catalyst,and the Ti-based dioxide electrode as the cathode to treat phenol wastewater. At the same time,the new mode of making use of the microbial fuel cell is investigated,with which the phenol wastewater is treated accompanying by generating energyIt provides a new method for bioremediation of groundwater.Some experiments are carried out on the anode under the conditions of different temperature and organic load.The results show that the microbial fuel cell can treat the phenol wastewater.Phenols are biodegraded up to 99.63%when the temperature is 35℃ with concentration of phenol 0.15 g/L.
