甘蔗渣制备木质陶瓷及其性能表征

摘    要:报道了以甘蔗渣为原料 ,采用混合后热压再烧结的全新工艺制备木质陶瓷的研究 ,并对其密度、气孔率、强度、电阻率等性能进行了测试 ,对其性能特征、形成机理及规律进行了分析。初步展示了原料配比、酚醛树脂浓度、温度等参数对整个制备过程及木质陶瓷性能的影响。实验结果证明了通过该工艺用甘蔗渣制备木质陶瓷的可行性 ,为木质陶瓷的研究开辟了新的方向和空间。

Abstract:A new technique has been developed to prepare woodceramics using bagasse as raw material. The partial properties of woodceramics such as density, porosity, strength and resistivity were tested at the same time. A systematic analysis of the material properties, forming mechanism and regularity of woodceramics is made. Uncovered are the effects of the formula of raw materials, the consistencies of phenol resin and the temperature on the technique and the properties of woodceramics. It is shown that the bagasse can be used to produce woodceramics with this technique. The presented work provides useful ideas for the study of the preparation of woodceramics.
