| 摘 要： | 文章分析了高校实施知识管理的必要性和可行性,指出知识资源是知识经济时代最重要的资源,如何管理和利用好组织的知识资源已成为管理的重要任务,因此,知识管理也日益为人们所重视.知识管理适用于国家、政府、企业、高校等各种组织以及个人,在此基础上提出了适用于高校的知识管理系统模型.

| Abstract: | Knowledge resources is the most important resource in the knowledge economy times and knowledge management has become a key task of the organization management. In this paper, the necessity and feasibility of implementing knowledge management in colleges and universities are discussed. The framework and content of the knowledge management system for colleges and universities are presented. An application example is also given. |
