| 摘 要： | 公路网规划方案评价是多层次、多目标的评价体系 ,应当从技术、经济、社会以及环境多方面进行定性、定量的综合评价。文章提供一种综合评价方法 ,即以二级模糊综合评判为框架 ,采用层次分析法 ( AHP)确定方案影响因素及子因素的权重 ,结合模糊决策中的无条件模糊优越集合理论建立模型。用此模型对某市公路网规划方案进行综合评价分析 ,取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of highway network planning is a multi-hierarchy and multi-objective evaluation system,and the comprehensive evaluation should be made qualitatively and quantitatively from many aspects such as technic,economy,society and environment.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation method is put forward.In this method the two-stage fuzzy assessment is regarded as the frame,the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) is applied to determine the weight of the first and secondary influence factors and the unconditioned fuzzy superiority set is used.At last, the model is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of highway network planning of a city with good results. |
