| 摘 要： | 可移动存储设备技术的迅速更新使得闪盘得到广泛的应用,尤其是基于USB2.0的接口技术促使闪盘的传输速度突飞猛进,闪盘固件的开发已成为闪盘研究的核心任务。该文从闪盘实现的硬件结构入手,重点介绍了基于USB2.0闪盘固件的软件架构与设计方法,并在设计实例的基础上提出了固件的层次化结构,最后在与基于USB1.1的闪盘固件的比较中体现本设计的显著优势。

| Abstract: | The rapid updating of the technology for mobile memory devices has brought wide application of flash disks,and the interface technology based on USB 2.0 has made the transmission speed of flash disks advance rapidly,so the exploitation of the firmware of flash disks has become a main task in flash disk researches.In this paper,the hardware structure of a flash disk is presented,and the software frame and design method of the firmware of the flash disk based on USB 2.0 are discussed in detail.The hierarchical configuration of the firmware is introduced through the example.The presented design has notable advantages in comparison with the firmware based on USB 1.1. |
