摘    要:文章建立了小青菜中甲维盐的高效液相色谱荧光分析方法。小青菜样品用乙酸乙酯提取,提取液旋转浓缩近干后用少量乙酸乙酯溶解,经氮气吹干后用氮甲基咪唑和三氟乙酸酐衍生,衍生物用高效液相色谱分析。采用外标法定量,在添加质量比0.01~0.10mg/kg范围内,平均添加回收率为80.43%~87.53%,变异系数为8.48%~10.91%,甲维盐在安徽(合肥)和重庆两地残留消解符合一级动力学方程,其消解半衰期分别为1.75、1.76d,消解速率较快。

Abstract:A method is developed for the determination of emamectin benzoate residue in greengrocery by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with fluorescence detection.The sample was extracted with ethylacetate,whose extract after rotating enrichment was dissolved in a small amount of ethyl acetate and then after drying was derived by nitrogen methyl 5-membered imidazole and trifluoroacetic anhydride.The amount of derived emamectin benzoate was determined by fluorescence detector after separation by HPLC.The external standard method is used as a quantitative method,and in the limits of the add concentration from 0.01 mg/kg to 0.10 mg/kg,the average recovery rate of emamectin benzoate in greengrocery samples was from 80.43% to 87.53% and the coefficient of variation was from 8.48% to 10.91%.Emamectin benzoate residue degradation in Hefei,Anhui Province and Chongqing accorded with the first-order kinetic equation,whose degradation half life were 1.75 d and 1.76 d respectively,and degradation rates were faster.
