丁二烯萃取精馏动态特性的研究

摘    要:文章对用DMF为溶剂,六组分物系,47块理论板的丁二烯萃取精馏塔进行了动态特性的研究。动态模拟结果表明:塔顶采出量、C4进料关键组分丁二烯组成、C4进料量和溶剂进料量是影响塔的稳定操作比较灵敏的因素。因此,控制塔顶上升蒸汽量、C4进料组成和溶剂比(即溶剂量/C4进料量)是至关重要的。

Abstract:The dynamic behavior of an extractive distillation column with 6 components and 47 ideal plates for extracting Butadiene by using Dimethylformamide(DMF) as solvent has been studied. The results of dynamic simulation show that the flow rate of distillate and the composition of the key component Butadiene and C 4 feed flowrate and solvent flowrate are more sensitive factors effecting operation stability of column. So it is important to monitor the raising vapor flowrate on the top of the tower and to control the composition of C 4 feed and C 4 to DMF ratio.
