| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了生产现场集散式数据采集控制管理系统的软件结构及其特点。系统在生产现场实时运行５ 年说明，该软件设计是成功的。它为生产车间的生产管理，设备运行监测提供了及时、准确的数据资料与依据，并且在提高产量，降低消耗，减少废品率，提高设备有效作业率等方面起到了积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The software construction and characteristics of data acquisition control system for the workshop were described in this paper. After five years operation, it can be said that software of the system is successful for the software has given correct informations in time for management and machine monitoring of the workshop. At the same time it is helpful to yield increasing, material consuming reduction, the reduction of the rate of defective products and the improving of operation rate of equipment. |
