前轮主销后倾角对汽车自激摆振影响研究

摘    要:文章为了获得前轮主销后倾角对汽车自激摆振影响的机理,以国产某型非独立悬架汽车为样车,建立了考虑主销后倾角产生转向系附加刚度的摆振系统三自由度模型,选用了Pacejka H.B.轮胎模型对样车自激摆振动力学行为进行数值分析。在后倾角α=4°时,不考虑后倾角α产生的转向附加刚度时样车自激摆振速度区间为34~92km/h;考虑后倾角α产生的附加刚度时样车自激摆振速度区间为41~76km/h,表明α产生的转向附加刚度有减小自激摆振速度区间的功能,但随着α增加,样车自激摆振速度区间加大。

Abstract:In order to obtain the mechanism of the influence of front wheel caster angle on the self-excited shimmy of vehicle,a three-degree-of-freedom shimmy model for a domestic motor vehicle with dependent suspension was established,which considered the steering additional stiffness of the front wheel caster angle.A numerical analysis of the dynamics behavior of the self-excited shimmy of the vehicle was carried out by using Pacejka H.B.’s tyre model.When the caster angle α is 4°,it is found that the speed interval of the self-excited shimmy of the vehicle is km/h and km/h respectively with or without considering the steering additional stiffness of the caster angle α.The steering additional stiffness of the caster angle α can narrow the speed interval,but when the caster angle α increases,the speed interval also increases.
