基于层次分析法的企业管理人员的综合素质测评

摘    要:文章通过引入层次分析法,将管理人员测评的各个指标细分,通过建立判断矩阵并求解,得出各个指标的权重;将该权重乘以被测评者自己、下级、同级及上级对相应指标的打分,结合已经建立的测评标准,得到想要测评的结果,该方法具有一定的合理性和可操作性。

Abstract:The principle of the Analytic Hierarchy Process is introduced first.Then the evaluation index system of the managers is described.The weight of each index is obtained by solving the judgement matrix.The measuring result can be gained by comparing the established standard with the product of the weights of the indexes which are multiplied by the scores given by the manager himself,the upper managers,the lower managers and the colleagues.This evaluation method is fairly rational and feasible.
