摘    要:文章采用年电能损失费用与新增无功补偿设备的费用之和最小为目标 ,建立城市电网无功补偿优化规划的数学模型 ,在目标函数中综合考虑了网损微增率、无功负荷补偿容量及网络因素。并采用适合城市电网特点的潮流计算方法 ,经实际系统计算 ,验证了本数学模型及算法的合理性与有效性 ,具有较高的实用价值

Abstract:The mathematical model of optimal reactive power planning for urban power networks is established in which the minimal sum of active power loss cost and capital investment of VAR equipment added is taken as the objective. The network loss increment ratio, the VAR compensation capacity and the network factor are considered comprehensively in the objective function. The power flow method suitable for urban power networks is adopted. The results of a practical distribution system demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
