钢结构连接中的撬力计算

摘    要:在螺栓受拉连接设计中,撬力作用对螺栓和连接件影响不可忽视。文章借鉴美国LRFD手册中对连接件和螺栓受撬力影响的分析模型和公式,建立了高强螺栓受拉连接的简化分析模型,得出连接件厚度和高强螺栓撬力简化计算公式。通过与美国LRFD手册及欧洲钢结构协会公式值实例比较,证明公式的可行性,可供实际设计中应用。

Abstract:In the design of steel structure bolted connections, the effects of the pry action on connected parts and bolts can not be neglected. In the paper, based on the analytical model and formulas used in the American LRFD Manual for connected parts and bolts with pry action, the simplified analytical model of high strength bolts resisting tension is established,and the simplified formulas of the thickness of connected parts and the pry force of bolts are deduced. A comparison is made between the simplified formulas and the formulas used in the LRFD Manual and European ECCS through an example of actual connection design,which proves that the simplified formulas are feasible and can be used in the actual connection design.
