| 摘 要： | 葛根素是葛根的主要活性成分 ,因其对心血管疾病的良好治疗作用而日益受到广泛关注 ,其高纯产品在国际市场上倍受青睐。通过对葛根素与 Ca2 + 、Cu2 + 、Fe2 + 、Zn2 + 、Al2 + 及 Mg2 + 等金属离子之间相互作用的描述 ,揭示了 Ca2 + 、Cu2 + 及Zn2 + 等能与葛根素形成络合物的反应过程 ,进而为葛根素配位萃取分离提供了一定的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Puerarin is the main active component of radix puerariae,and it has excellent therapeutic effects to cardiovascular diseases,so its pure product is very popular in the international market. In this paper, mensuration of reciprocity between puerarin and metal ions such as Ca 2+ ,Cu 2+ ,Fe 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Al 2+ and Mg 2+ is presented. The result shows that puerarin and ZnOAc can form stable complex compound. When ZnOAc is put into 1 butanol as the extracting solvent,a higher purity of puerarin is obtained and the rate of extraction raised. |
