| 摘 要： | 论述了住宅建设从建筑工地的建造转向工厂制造新理念的建立 ,用一体化集成理论定义了工业化住宅是典型的一体化产品 ,指出工业化住宅的技术核心是系统集成 ,研究了该一体化系统的功能构成原理、系统集成的内容 ,系统集成的框架和广义接口 ,包括工业化住宅的物质流、信息流和资金流 ,提出保证工业化住宅制造的三级递阶控制系统 ,展望了 CIMS在工业化住宅制造中的应用 ,提出了传统住宅建造转为住宅制造应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The conception in the dwelling manufacturing is going on a transfer from the site manufacturing to the factory manufacturing, and the new conception of factory manufacturing is discussed, and it is believed that industrialized dwelling is the typical integrative product, and its technical core is the systemic integration. The principle of the functional structures of this integrative industrialized dwelling system is studied as well as the frame of this system.The generalized joint of this system includes the substantial flow,information flow and capital flow of the industrialized dwelling. The three level controlling system in the manufacturing process, the application of CIMS in the industrialized dwelling and some related notable problems in this transfer process are also discussed. |
