电子政务环境下基于多Agent技术的协同办公系统设计

中国电子政务发展的最终目标是"一站式",政府之间协同办公系统的建设却是实现"一站式"电子政务的基础。文章采用多Agent和计算机支持的协同工作作为实现各级政府之间协同办公的关键技术,对中国电子政务的协同办公系统进行需求分析,以此为基础从总体结构上设计基于多Agent的政府协同办公系统的体系结构、多Agent的组织结构以及A-gent的通用结构。该系统结构的设计可为中国电子政务环境下协同办公系统的建设提供参考。

Design of the cooperative office system based on multi-Agent technology in E-government environment

The final destination of Chinese E-government development is to establish the "one-stop" E-government, which is on the basis of the construction of the cooperative office system among governments. In this paper, the techniques of multi-Agent and computer-supported cooperative work are used as the key technology to realize the cooperative office work among governments at different levels. Based on the analysis of the requirement for the cooperative office system,the systematic structure of the system, the organizational structure of multi-Agent and the Agent structure for general use are designed. This study is useful for the Chinese construction of the cooperative office system in E-government environment.
