慢走丝电火花线切割加工中恒张力控制系统设计

摘    要:文章针对慢走丝电火花线切割加工中遇到的诸多难题,提出利用恒张力控制系统的解决方案,给出了完整的系统构成和软硬件平台。该系统以单片机为核心,可自动控制伺服电机对线切割加工过程进行随动响应,实现恒张力控制;实验表明,该系统运行可靠,响应速度快,可以有效解决断丝问题和抑制电极丝的丝振幅值,并提高加工质量。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficult problems in low-speed wire-cutting electrical discharge machining(LWEDM),a new approach based on the permanent tension control system is put forward.The structure and basic principle of the system,the key points of software design and the interference protection measures are described.By taking the single-chip computer as the core,this system can control the servomotor to respond to the movement of wire-cutting electrical discharge machining automatically so as to achieve permanent tension control.The system has obvious reliability and good speed of response.Through the control system,the problem of wire break is solved and the amplitude of wire vibration reduced greatly,and high machining quality is obtained.
