| 摘 要： | 文章运用西方经济学的有关理论和方法 ,结合我国实际 ,系统分析了我国房地产价格评估的理论、方法以及相关的一些政策法规。为使我国房地产价格评估工作进一步科学化、规范化 ,在理论分析的基础上 ,应用计算机技术 ,设计了一种适合我国国情的房地产价格评估决策支持系统
