摘    要:文章针对双横臂独立扭杆弹簧悬架的特点,运用多体动力学的理论建立了某商务车独立悬架的运动学数学模型和仿真模型,基于遗传算法开发了多目标的优化程序,通过ADAMS/Solver和外部程序的接口文件实现了数据传输。将仿真结果与优化前得到的仿真结果进行了性能对比,结果表明优化后的仿真结果有效地改善了悬架的性能,同时也说明了该方法和传统的优化设计方法相比,这种方法提高了精度和效率。

Abstract:Based on the features of the torsion-bar double-wishbone suspension of a commercial vehicle,the kinematical analysis model and simulation model of the suspension are established with the multi-body system dynamics theory.A multi-objective optimization program is developed based on the genetic algorithm,and the data transmission is realized by the ADAMS/Solver and the exterior program connection file.Simulation results show that the performance of the suspension is improved after optimization and the presented method can make the solving of optimization problems be more flexible.
