| 摘 要： | 为促进学术交流 ,使高校学报最大限度地满足作者、读者的要求 ,不断提高学报的功效 ,应充分利用现代信息技术 ,使学报管理科学化、规范化。文章论述了建立高校学报管理信息系统的重要性和迫切性 ,给出了建立高校学报管理信息系统的基本构想和模式结构 ,力求给高校学报的管理工作提供一条高效、科学的途径。

| Abstract: | In order to promote academic communication,make authors and readers satisfied to a great extent and raise the effect of journals continuously,it is both necessary and important to manage the journals of colleges and universities scientifically and standardizedly through making full use of modern information technology. In this paper, the basic idea and structure model of the management information system(MIS) of journals of colleges and universities are described.The presented system may provide an efficient and scientific method for the management of the journals of colleges and universities. |
