平原地区农村供水规模的优化

摘    要:在农村供水工程建设中,合理的供水规模往往是供水工程能否持续运行的决定性因素.在含水层发育比较广泛且可作为供水水源的平原地区,文章在考虑到水厂位置选择对供水覆盖范围及输水成本影响的条件下,研究供水成本的组成,确定制水成本、建设费用与供水规模之间的关系,建立以区域内水厂、主管网建设投资和输水成本总和最小为目标的混合整数规划模型;利用遗传算法对模型进行求解,进而确定合理的供水规模,为类似地区的农村供水规划提供参考.

Abstract:A reasonably selected scale of water supply can be a decisive factor in keeping the system of water supply running continuously in rural water supply project. The paper investigates the water supply on the plain area where the aquifer is broad and the water can be utilized as the source of waterworks. In the selection of waterworks' locations, the cost of water supplying and the waterworks' working scope should be considered. The components of the cost of water supply and the relationship between the costs of treatment and construction and the scale of water supply are analyzed,and a mixed-integer programming model is established which aims at the minimum of total expense in construction investment and water transportation of the regional water plant and main pipe network. An approximate solution is given by using the genetic algorithm. The presented model and algorithm can be applied to other similar water supply projects.
